Jones Family eyecare is the best. My family has been going to Dr Allison and Dr David since the opened the clinic in Brandon(also before-we followed them) They have wonderful support staff who are always willing to help you. If you have not done so go check them out, you will not be disappointed.

We had some concerns with our 5 year old's eyes so we went to Jones Family Eyecare to get them checked out. The staff welcomed us right away and got us in almost immediately. Everyone we worked with along the way was friendly, thorough, and helpful. Turns out our girl needs glasses... they did a great job explaining everything to us. It was such an easy process from start to finish. Thanks to Dr. Allison and the team for helping us with this new adventure! I have been to a few different optometrist offices and I can easily say this is the best. I love their new location and building, very modern feel and comfortable in the waiting room and exam rooms. The use of new technologies makes me feel like I am getting the most current and up to date care.
But, where they will blow you away is the level of service from both the optometrists and staff. I always feel like I'm part of a family when going to this office. They are all super friendly and bend over backwards to help in anyway possible. Thank you for all of your help and time, I greatly appreciate your level of service/care.

Brought my 10yr old here for the first time yesterday after going to other eye care places since she was 3, and honestly I wish I'd been bringing her to Jones Family Eyecare for years.
From the first phone call, they worked with my insurance to get the yearly appointment brought forward, which was fantastic and saved us $$$. The moment we walked in for the appointment, staff made us feel welcome and took care of pre-checkups quickly. The actual appointment was excellent, efficient and Dr. Allison Jones was wonderful with my daughter. The equipment they have available at Jones Family Eyecare is tip top, no manual flipping of lenses here, the machine does that from the computer.
In a nutshell, couldn't be happier and we'll be back for sure.

The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and explained what he was doing through out the exam. The doctor even helped me pick out my glasses afterward. Great great great!!! In 2min before my appointment and out within 40 min. Hey took me some time. They do not rush. They do not push anything on you. Most offices are you know 10-20min behind at all times. At Jones they greet you immediately and get your eyes checked out and want your eyes great! Been going for years always getting in immediately but I have to share for all this is a GREAT PLACE!!!
