Deadwood Eyecare

Besides them being about 10 mins late opening the door... im okay overlooking that small inconvenience as i had a really great experience! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and the Doctor!!! Oh my goodness, Dr.Dave was extremely informative and gave me amazing "insight" into my dry eye struggles. Im grateful to become a newly established patient here!

Where do i begin i had my eyes checked then came the worst part i had to pick out my glasses so i did she had me put them on marked the center and said id get them in 10 days so after 2 weeks i call she says i didnt pick out a pair lie number 1 then i had fallen hit my head my vision was a blurr same lady was rude to me saying no dr is here i need go to hospital. I had already been there but she insulted me. I then left then when i talked to her on phone she was rude saying go to walmart. So i did. She said the glasses i picked medicade doesnt pay for. I then went to wart very upset over what she did and how i was treated. I did not deserve how she treated me. Hope she doesnt do this to others... So now walmart is charging 270.00 because she does not want me in there again.... hope the dr sees this and talks to her. She needs to be stopped im still very up set over this as u all can tell.....

These people are by far the best eye people around. I was in Deadwood on vacation and had a problem with my contacts. Was able to work with my doctor and me to get my contacts fixed. They provided me a sample set to get me through and were so helpful and friendly. In all my years I have never seen such friendly people at eye care facility who were willing to help. I highly recommend them!

We had 5 appts today. My 3 children in the morning and myself and fiance in the afternoon. So we planned to have a family day in Deadwood. While the children were getting their exams they offered to do ours before they went to lunch. Just even getting the offer was awesome and much appreciated. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They ladies up front were awesome helping me pick out my new frames and didn't make me feel like my kids were "too much". Very thankful my employer changed insurance companies otherwise I would never have switched over to Deadwood Eyecare. Definitely happy we chose them!

The staff at Deadwood Eyecare are very friendly and professional. Dr Elaine Petry is wonderful - extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She listens respectfully to my concerns and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend Deadwood Eyecare and Dr Petry.

It is always nice to return to see everyone. I appreciate Dr. Dave and his professionalism and the office staff too. Dr. Dave is very thorough and takes the extra time to make certain your eyes are treated with the best care possible thank you Dr.Dave and staff.

This was my first visit to Deadwood Eye Care. I have had the same eye doctor for 30 years and she recently retired, so I made the switch to them, as my husband and kids go there. It was a wonderful experience and I know I'll be happy with their service going forward.

My family and I have been going to Deadwood Eye Care Center for over 20 years, and I can't recommend them enough! They've always gone above and beyond to help, whether it's giving me sample contacts or solution while I wait for mine to arrive, or just making sure we're well taken care of. Today was another great example--I stopped in to pick up contacts and mentioned to the front desk that my eye had been hurting. Instead of just sending me on my way, they had Dr. David take a quick look right in between his other appointments. He did what he could, and by the time I left, my eye felt better--and it hasn't hurt since! And they did all of that for me at no charge. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care from Dr. David and the entire team is unmatched. I'm so grateful for everything they do and will continue to highly recommend Deadwood Eye Care Center to anyone in the area!
