The staff at Northern Hills Eye Care was excellent! We came out to Sturgis on Vacation and my husband forgot to bring extra contacts. We were able to have our optometrist at home fax over his prescription and they had some in stock. We were able to pick up a box the same day.

!!!BEST EYE DOCTOR IN TOWN!!! I absolutely recommend Dr. English to anyone and everyone! Even if your from surrounding towns. I've never once had a bad experience with him and his team! They are patient and kind and take care of every need. Never had an issue with scheduling appointments to make even the slightest adjustments. Everyone in the office is a breathe of fresh air, which brings a peaceful environment to the whole building. I will be a life long customer.

I can not express the amazing customer service my husband and I got from this place. The fact that this place has a 1 star review amazes me with the fact that one of the doctors, Dr. Prosser came in after hours to help me order a new pair of glasses to replace the ones that constantly fall off my face and was able to help me get them ordered. I can not express my gratitude for the experience we got from here.

Dr. Behles and staff are great. I was on a motorcycle tour, 1500 miles from home, when I got something in my eye. I stopped in and asked if an emergency visit was possible. Ten minutes later, they gave me a thorough eye exam and got me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Last week I visited Northern Hills Eye Care for the first time. I was looking for a new solution to my poor vision issues and after trying multiple soft lenses and 4 different eyeglass types, my frustration was at it's limit. The exam was very through and the doctor spent time explaining my options as well as my eye issues in order for me to have a full understanding of my best options. We decided on rigid contacts as my best visual option. When I got my new contacts, the results were amazing! Haven't seen that clearly in over a decade! Thank-you to Dr. Prosser and fabulous staff, for the time and patience which led to my finally being able to see again!
