We appreciate the care and service we receive at Dr. Freitag's office. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions, especially as I have medical issues that may impact my eyes. His staff is always willing to assist and the notifications and communication with them is 2nd to none! I appreciate the text reminders and the assistance when picking out my glasses. My whole family goes to Vision Care Associates because of the great support and service we receive at Dr. Freitag office. Highly recommend him as an optometrist!!

Bad customer service. They changed my appointment without my consent and we drove over an hour to get there to learn that appointment has been changed and they refused to see me. They were rude and unapologetic. They argued that a message was left but I never got the message or agreed to the change. Do they not know that communication has to be two ways? It's not professional to change appointments at the eleventh hour for their own convenience. Worst experience here.
