Excellent experience. Dr Julien Schaller was welcoming, professional, and thorough, and his advice was instrumental in helping me find the right kind of corrective lenses. 10/10 - highly recommended.
I walked into the clinic, in an emergency, without an appointment.... my eye swollen and closed, face bruised, after a bad fall. The reception understood and immediately accommodated me with Dr. Luis Castilla. After a wait of about 15 minutes, he saw me and tested every aspect thoroughly. He did follow-ups also. And was very friendly and reassuring!

After a concussion, I began rehabilitation and visual training at the clinic and noticed an improvement already after my very first session with Ngoma Geraldine. Her expertise, attentiveness, and encouraging approach made a real difference. I wholeheartedly recommend her - 100%! The other staff members I encountered were also welcoming, professional, and clearly committed to quality care. A truly excellent team!
Just been here for my daughter and I would not recommend it: the secretary was quite rude and the Dr who has seen my daughter (for about 6 mins in total) has not given us much explanations about her diagnosis. Also, I think she should improve her way of approaching children, avoiding to say in front of them that the eye drops are going to hurt very much..!
We will certainly go to see another ophthalmologist for a second opinion...
If possible, I would give it 0 stars, please AVOID! The secretary that received was obnoxious, acting as if I was the first not-french person she ever talked to. She refused to consider my European insurance card (which was validated by Lamal), and she just wrote "other". Even if I insisted it was the Europen health card, as writen on it, she said it was not looking like the one she saw (which was probably French, and they of cours differ in each country). She overall treated me like she was giving me something, not the other way around. The doctor was nice but not very helpful, as she basically did not do anything, did not even write a diagnostic, she just verbally confirmed my diagnostic (I was coming with recommandation from Berdoz as they found something and send me to an ophtalmologue to make more tests, but it was actually pointless, they didn't do much). Anyway, for this part I wouldn't necessary rate them badly as it was the nature of the situation and case, but the secretary pissed me off so much, her tone, the way she made me feel.. still makes me angry I did not take her name to report her immediately.
Don't go there if you don't speak French. Doctor ok, but reception very unfriendly and unhelpful. Clinic at the station is much better.
