I took an "Eye Yoga" course this year at 'Aurokiya Integral Eye Centre' and it was a great experience. The instructors were incredibly friendly and supportive, and the course was very well-structured. I personally found it highly beneficial and have already noticed some positive improvements in my eye condition. While achieving significant improvement in eyesight takes more than just five days of the course, my eyes certainly feel more relaxed and my vision seems clearer.
