We visited this hospital for consultation for my wife and my sister-in-law, and our experience was truly excellent. From the moment we entered, the staff were polite, patient, and very well organized. The waiting time was reasonable, and the overall environment was clean and calm.
The doctor Mr. Niranjan Karthik was highly professional, listened carefully to our concerns, and explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly in a way that was easy to understand. We felt very comfortable and confident throughout the consultation.
A special mention to the nursing staffs, who were extremely caring, gentle, and attentive. They handled all procedures with patience, guided us properly at every step, and made the patients feel relaxed and safe. Their compassionate approach truly reflects the hospital's commitment to quality patient care.

I recently underwent cataract eye surgery at Nirmal Hospital, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and attentive throughout the process. The discharge summary was detailed to every inch, making it very easy to understand. All explanations given by the doctors and staff were clear and reassuring.
A special mention to the attender ( tamilselvi mam and pooja ), who was incredibly passionate and kind, ensuring I was comfortable at every step. The treatment was quick, smooth, and hassle-free, and the hospital maintained a clean, neat, and friendly environment.

Really a trust worthy Hospital and also the entire Staff from the reception,Surgery staff, admin staff house keeping are so kind and supportive.including Optical staff Ms. Sheela and Ms.Yeshmin are excellent in explaining the products and supporting to select the lense and frame according to our facial structure. cost wise I don't find any problem. The receptionist could have informed us when we called on Sunday whether full analysis will be completed on that day or not. We have to come again the following week to complete the eye check. (That too we have to wait for 1.5hr just for doctor to come. Then they will put 1drop and then consultation)Sunday they said you just have to come directly they will put drops then you can see doctor( when checking today the doctor has to come for eye drop) The receptionist inform us to come around 4.45 and we still had to wait cause doctors are in meeting. Both incident
receptionist could be proactive and suggest us better. And it is not pleasant waiting with mosquitoes. What could been a one time visit has a waste of 3 hrs just waiting. It understanding if we wait in line for checkup.. but waiting for doctor with misinformed time is not good. Not expecting lame excuse from hospital.. we came seeing the review and leaving the same for other people to make better choice.finally we left without check up. -(The receptionist we had today was trying to help us.)

visited Nirmal Eye Hospital along with my daughters for an eye consultation.
During the visit, my daughter's sandal was misplaced from the hospital premises. I approached the staff to inform them about the issue and to check if any help or guidance was available. Unfortunately, instead of support, I faced very rude and unprofessional behaviour from the admin staff named Sowmiya.
She spoke to me loudly and said that the hospital is not responsible for patients' belongings and questioned why I was blaming the hospital. She even made an inappropriate comparison saying, "If you go to a temple, will you ask the priest for your lost items?" This comment was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable in a healthcare environment.
I understand that hospitals may not take responsibility for personal belongings. However, as a parent with children, I only expected a polite response or guidance. Shouting and making sarcastic remarks to patients is not acceptable, especially in a reputed hospital.
Additionally, our testing and reading process was not completed properly, and we have not yet received the required reports, even after submitting the note as instructed.
I kindly request the hospital management to:
Look into the behaviour of the concerned staff member.
Ensure better patient handling and communication.
Clarify the status of our pending test readings.
