Amar eye yoga is very useful for me.only exercise and there is no any issues or side effects.I stay for week,My vision has now better and I can able to see without glasses also....thanks to biswal sir and also the trainers,so kindly teach and guide us

I recently visited Mr. Amar's Eye Yoga & Natural Eye Care for my daughter, who had eye power of -1.75 and -1.50. Amar Sir carefully checked her condition and recommended 10 days of yoga exercises. Due to our work schedule, we could only attend 5 days (2 sessions per day). Surprisingly, after just 5 days, we rechecked her power and found almost a 50% improvement -- from -1.75 to -1.0 and -1.50 to -0.75. We are truly grateful to Amar Sir and his team for their dedicated efforts in helping reduce her eye power naturally. He also suggested continuing the exercises for a few more weeks to further reduce the power, and for long-term stability, practicing them for at least 6 months. Amar sir is very genuine and jovial person . I am 33 SSB bhopal cds recommended and had myopia (refractive error) -2.25 right eye and -1.5 left eye. I spent one week for treatment in other place in kerala.
