We had a wonderful experience at this spectacle shop! Picked up two pairs of spectacles for our family, and we are really happy with both the quality and the price. The staff were polite, helpful, and guided us patiently in choosing the right frames and lenses. The collection was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised to get them at the best rates compared to other shops. Overall, great service, value for money, and a place we'd definitely recommend to friends and family.
All the staff are customer-friendly, knowledgeable and competent.
My experience with Ms Kalyani has been awesome. She is quite focused on her work and gives great support to the customers. We are impressed by this outlet at Shaikpet, next to Aparna One

Short staffed. I went at 12 pm and they were still cleaning and brooming the place. Just one lady attending to another customer and that's all about it. I expected more from it.
I had visited store for my new spects and glasses. Very good response from staff.. especially Fakhruddeen sir showed me suitable spects for my face and suggested glasses.. index and vision perceptive. I had Very good experience and got satisfaction. Must visit.
Happen to visit this place on a casual walk. Good to know that it's Medplus's Brand . The Optometrist P. Meenakshi offered free eye test and explained me about the lenses and quality. The guy Mr Bhanu Ravi Kumar from sales helped me selecting the best frame from Rayban. Buy one get one free offer was running on medplus brand frames and got the best deal. Highly recommended for all types of lenses and frames.
The services provided by the staff Mr. Gopi at the shop was very good. He had very well explained, guided and suggested in what i was looking for. Really impressed with the service
