Worst Experience - Not Recommended I had the worst experience at this eye hospital. Very poor hospitality and no proper care for patients. Dr. Sindhuri did not explain anything about the LASIK surgery--no procedure details, no steps, and no guidance before or after surgery. This was very disappointing and stressful. Even in the operation theatre, there was no proper support or basic hospitality. I felt ignored as a patient. I have visited other eye hospitals where doctors and staff are very kind and supportive, but this hospital gave me the worst experience. I would not recommend this hospital for LASIK surgery.

The treatment was quick and painless, and my vision improved within a short time. Post-treatment care and follow-up were explained properly. The hospital was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I am satisfied with the treatment and would recommend this hospital/doctor for eye laser treatment.

My father recently underwent cataract surgery at Sree Netralaya Eye Hospital and we are extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The surgery was done very smoothly and the outcome was excellent. The doctors explained everything clearly, guided us with patience and made sure we were comfortable at every step. The staff is very supportive,polite and well trained and the hospital is very clean,hygiene and well trained

Hi every one, I had undergone laisk surgery in Sree Netralaya eye hospital..After surgery my vision not got improved till 1 week Again I went to same hospital for check up the doctor told that there is no problem I had waited and seen for 1 week like that There is no improvement in my eye I thought to go 2nd opinion to other hospital I went and consulted there another doctor They told that ur vision is loss To heal that we should do another urgent for ur eye. Again I came back to same hospital and consulted conusler Ashok I said my problem He is giving worst answers and even not responding at all when I go there. Till before surgery he will give many promises I will take care everything after surgery also But after surgery Ashok is not responding at all .. in this hospital before surgery they will treat as one type after surgery they wil treat one type because of their money After we going to their hands they will never bother about us after surgery they will give white glasses to keep They are charging 200 Rupees for each glass That tooo payment to their self account scanner kept at Opticals not to hospital account See management should took care of those things Per month how much Per year how much money going to their pockets They are looting money of hospital Kindly hospital management should take necessary action on this not to repeat again So kindly don't prefer this hospital for further

My spouse recently underwent PRK eye surgery at Sree Netralaya Eye Hospital and laser center at Kondapur, and my experience has been extremely positive. From the first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, everything was handled very professionally and smoothly.

Very good staff, where they take care for minute to minute. The hospital is neat and clean. Mostly the doctors are good and suggests perfectly about the treatment and complications associated if any.

I 'm deeply disappointed with my experience here. Initially, everything sounded so convincing -- they spoke very confidently and made several promises, but once the process started, their words completely changed. It feels like they say one thing to get you in and then twist their statements later to suit their convenience. The charges are shockingly high, and even the medicines cost much more compared to other hospitals offering the same LASIK treatment. When I asked them to stand by what they had said earlier, they demanded written proof for their own verbal promises -- which is completely unfair. I honestly feel cheated and hurt by the lack of honesty and transparency. I trusted them with something as important as my eyes, but the experience left me feeling frustrated and let down. Please be cautious and make sure to get everything in writing before trusting their words.
