Good hospital for eye care. Very economical and no rush during morning hours. Doctor's are good and knowledge. They will explain you and give details of investigation and details of treatment required. They will suggest you only medicine and operation if required. No additional test or medicine.

Excellent experience, good hospitality, superb patient caring, price so reasonable

The doctors are very good and the hospital facilities are also good. However, apart from that, everything feels very commercial. There is no proper communication from the administration. We had to follow up multiple times just to apply for the insurance claim. My mother was in the operation theatre for two hours, and no one informed us that the advance payment was pending. It was very stressful and poorly handled. You need a lot of patience to deal with the admin team and TPA. I would not recommend this hospital if you are expecting service-oriented care for the money you are paying.

Of late I had an opportunity to visit this hospital for my retina issue in right eye. The moment I enteted I was astonished for the ambience and administrative set up. Right from reception every thing on line. There is a systematic flow in attending the patients. Dr Sriram Simakurthy attended my case. explained the details and suggested the best option to correct the issue with vitrectomy surgery. very systematically all procedures followed in office, liasioning was quick with TPA and surgery was done on 4.2.26. I am a fully satisfied patient. Dr Sriram did surgery. Excellent care at every step. separate room for every patient for pre and post surgery period. post surgery check up and providing medicines. it was all so thrilling to get service with smile at every stage. Specially canteen is also nicely maintained. It is economical, best care taking, transparent communication, providing all necessary records, updating in whatsapp to patients. I find this hospital very useful to all classes of the society. I am happy to avail the pleasant care in this hospital.
