I made an appointment with Dr. Anjani Pratap using the hospital's website. But when I reached the hospital, it was closed. After a while, the staff called me and asked me to come in the evening, which I did. But the staff told me the doctor hadn't reached and asked me to wait. After some time, a junior doctor consulted me.
I think Dr. Anjani was present at the hospital; I think she was busy doing surgeries.
If she was busy, why were the hospital staff and the website showing appointment availability? This is not acceptable.
I also checked their spectacle prices; they are a bit pricey. One can get a better deal online for the same branded frames and lenses.
Overall, not a good experience -- wasted my entire day and didn't even meet Dr. Anjani.
2 weeks ago, my wife got her cataract surgery done in this hospital. Very good experience. Ma'am explained the procedure clearly before surgery and by god's grace, everything went well. Thank you for the treatment and post surgery care.
Dr Anjali treated my mother well. Now both eyes are visible. Excellent treatment
We had a very pleasant experience at this hospital. Dr. Anjani garu gave us ample time to get checked properly and also clarified all of our doubts. The hospital is also very clean and the staff are very courteous.

I cam to this hospital through my friend.... If I could give 5000 stars I really would do it !! It is amazing experience and maintains a very good and has clean system, my mother had a surgery here in this clinic, and the doctor Anjani did a fantastic job! I would recommend that people should go to this Eye Hospital!
Doctor is very amazing and the way she get to understand the patient is very nice. As she gets clear picture on the issue every time we got a perfect treatment so that the issue is getting resolved. Highly recommended.
