Very Bad experience. They have promised to give specs on Dussehra day. But shop was closed. No body answered calls. Next day when talked to owner he was very rude & Arrogant. No courtesy to customer at all. I was the only customer at that time. Horrible to treat customer this way. Please avoid this shop.

One side of the specs, the screw was loose and visited this shop if they can fix it. They accepted and fixed the screw and bent my specs closer unnecessarily. It was tight and vision was disturbed. Asked to make to Normal position don't know what they did the lens got broken scratches and blurry. The specs were also heat. If they can't fix, they should not accept. I had to buy new pair as the lens were spoiled. Never visit for fixing small things also

Horrible experience.. Spent 8000+ for our spects. Complete waste of money, frame got break within a week nd replacement took more than a month. And the replaced frame also duplicate one. Seems not authentic store for our precious eye glasses. They wont lift the calls also, during the replacement time. I doubt the brand named frames might have ordered from Our Abids and Koti, where you will get duplicate brands with cheap prices.. Same quality we are seeing here with huge prices.

I must tell you that I have been roaming around to get my broken spectacle (threading) to get repaired. Lenskart from where I purchased spects asked me to go to another centre which is around 15 Km away. The next Titan shop over the phone asked me to visit his shop and surprisingly for them it cannot be repaired as it belongs to other company spectacles. With a lot of frustration I looked for spectacle shops around and found Eye wear opticals and clinics. I just visited the shop desperately and found it can be repaired within 5min. I was hoping that this might cost no less than RS 500 But to my surprise the dmart technician repaired it in minutes and when I asked for the cost of service to my surprise he said it service is free. Very friendly spectacle shop who take care of customers and non customer needs.

Absolute scam! Sold me 'polarized' lenses that are NOT polarized--completely misleading and dishonest. Avoid this place if you value honesty and quality!

Branded or Normal frames, you name it and you will get it from this store. Very wide variety and range of frames to choose from at decent price. Very satisfied with the customer service and delivery commitment is remarkable.

Excellent collection of Frames and sunglasses at very affordable prices. I recommend the store to all age groups especially women and kids.
