Arrogant behaviour by the lady in the reception and the manager so called Umakanth (most arrogant person) who has no manners talking with women and customers all these because of the cancelled order and asked for the refund. And speaking like to know the rules and come to shop. I don't know there is a gst cut for the advance paid and not given any printed bill that mean if any person giving advance for any thing and they say gst cut for advance or the final amount with out finalising it . Any way all this review is not regarding money when we approach with any issue as customer there is a way to handle them and should have some manners.such people like UMAKANTH and that receptionist may cause problems to other Costumers similarly what happens to me.by the way I'm a very soft speaking person if someone with similar attitude there will be chaos.i don't know how such people are appointed
