I had the most wonderful experience at Jonesborough Eye Clinic from start to finish. The front office staff made check-in smooth and pleasant, and my wait time was minimal. The technician who performed my eye tests was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, she explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Carissa was outstanding. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also warm, attentive, and genuinely interested in my questions and concerns. She took the time to explain my options thoroughly, and I left feeling confident in my care plan. In particular, I appreciated her guidance about returning to standard prescription lenses after having been sold on prism glasses elsewhere that never worked well for me. Her expertise and reassurance made all the difference. When it came time to choose my glasses, Rebecca was an absolute gem. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me select frames. Thanks to her, I ended up with two pairs at a very reasonable price. The entire office runs like a well-coordinated team, and every person I encountered was professional, caring, and on their game. Having managed a million-dollar practice myself in the past for 20 years, I deeply value professionalism, and Jonesborough Eye Clinic is the very definition of it. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family who are looking for excellent eye care. Went in for my eye exam and all went well. Dr was great! Front office staff experience left me feeling like a little disappointed. Dude kept asking me for my health insurance card and this was only vision exam! Dr gave me some sample contacts that were really nice! Thanks. I paid for my glasses the day of the exam in total. I came in to pick them up and they felt off. I asked the person to recheck the glasses. She told me that she already did that. For 1k dollars in over priced junk, you best appease me and prove to me the prescription. She didn't even set down and make sure the glasses fit. So sick of this junk industry.

Can't say enough good things about jonesborough eye clinic - they have cared for me for years, even after I had to change doctors due to insurance they still gave me a free pair of trial contact lenses to hold me over til my next appointment. They genuinely care for their patients. Thank you Jonesborough Eye Clinic!

I have had to take my mother and my husband in on 2 different occasions, emergencies, and the staff and doctors were great. We feel calm and confident in their hands. They have a very nice professional and clean office. On the first occasion I had called all eye clinics in Greeneville for help and no one was helpful, available, or even nice or seemed to care at all. I'll hop on over to Jonesborough anytime!!

Incredible communication, friendliness. Yes it costs a little more than Walmart. I'm normally a cheapest option guy - even for these kind of services. I took a chance on them because of proximity convenience, and I am thankful I did. They are so kind.

Jonesborough Eye Clinic is always a great experience! My Grandma recommended Dr. Pumphrey to me 3 years ago and I would not want to go elsewhere. The staff are always friendly and wait time is short. The office is clean and neat. They have been great about getting me on the schedule last minute when needed. This group is awesome!!

My experience with Dr. Pumphrey and the entire staff at Jonesborough Eye Clinic has been incredible! They take their time to accurately examine, answer any questions, and even help me pick out cute frames! I have always felt like I know what I'm getting myself into, as they are upfront with how much visits will cost, any billing or insurance issues, etc. They truly care and it shows at every appointment!

Jonesborough Eye Clinic far exceeds my expectations at each visit. The physical office space is appealing and tidy, and the staff are always professional and attentive. I am always seen in a timely manner. Dr. P is very thorough and positive. Most importantly, she always interacts with such kindness. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers all my questions! I would highly recommend this clinic to all.
