I've been going here for years and they're great! Very efficient, and everyone is kind and helpful! They always help me make good choices and make sure I'm getting the best prices I can for contacts/glasses.

My worst customer experience ever. It didn't look like they needed to see any patient. They struggled to give an appointment, even their terms, and when they gave it and made me confirm it, they couldn't keep it. It would have been better if they simply said they didn't want patients. Waste of time.

Switched to Optometry group as a new patient. My old provider I had kinda felt like a cattle call, fast in, fast out... no questions allowed. Here was wonderful. Immediately scheduled for my two sons as well. Went today. Doctor is so thorough, energetic, and sweet. Spent tons of time with my 15 year old and 6 year, making sure tests were accurate, and they received the best care. Spent loads of time helping me understand why my eyes are always tired. Staff are helpful and treated me and my children top notch. I order five pairs of glasses. All were carefully applied to my insurance, and discounts given for all I needed to purchase without insurance. Highly recommend!

I'm a long time patient of Dr. Bart Powell. All the staff at the office are very knowledgeable and friendly. Eye exam is very thorough, with the best fit in contact lenses and glasses. If you're getting glasses, the office has a huge selection to choose, with a fast turnaround time. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love this place! Dr. Powell has taken excellent care of me and my mom and gone above and beyond to problem solve my symptoms. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows! I damaged my frames and stopped by this morning to see if anything could be done and the amazing women up front had me in and out in 20 minutes! I'm incredibly grateful to have been recommended to this location!!

Broke my daughter's Versace frames. Very nonchalant about it. The people at the front desk weren't very courteous to us. I went years ago when they first came to the area and the Dr. told me to pay attention as if I were a child. Thought this time would be better. It was not.

Dr. Bart and his staff are great. They're helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable regarding the vision insurance they accept and can give you options. I've never had or encountered any issues with service, staff, or otherwise with this establishment. Dr. Bart talks fast so you'll have to keep up, but he'll gladly make sure you're aware of the situation or options available. I appreciate his candor. You have to be willing to ask questions and make sure you have/get an understanding.

They are the nicest people. Had a great excellence. I had a eye exam and picked out my glasses in an hour. I can't comment on the glasses yet. I won't get them for 2 weeks. But them doctor and people there are nice and told me not to use wipes on them. First time any place has told me that. All the other places I've gone over the years told me I could use them and then my glasses are scraped up in a year. Guess those other place just want you to keep coming back for glasses. Not this place.
