Dr Chase is wonderful! Not only is she knowledgeable, she's personable and takes the time with you to explain the "whys" and "what ifs". The office staff are great and very helpful as well. I love this office!

The great people at Fox Chase are top-notch! The exam--complete with contact lens exam and retinal photos--was super reasonably priced. Great frame selection and top-quality lenses, again all for really good prices.

Made an appt, 2 weeks out based on their availability. Received follow up call to confirm and 2 emails. Took time away from work to be a late long lunch for me. Office closed when I arrived. Called and they answered that they were away for lunch and heading back. Waited 15 min past appt time and just left. Very unprofessional.

DR. West and the entire team were friendly, professional and efficient. Their scheduling system was easy to work with and provided just the right amount of reminders.

I was so nervous about my appointment because I'm in my late 20s andI had never had a formal "eye assessment" before... I just knew my eyes were getting really tired at the end of the day and I needed to do something about it. My family has had wonderful care provided by Fox Chase Optometry; so much so, that I've been recommending this place to folks even before going myself! Lol The ladies at the office were incredibly kind, informative, and conscientious. My rattled nerves were soothed immediately upon entering the building because of their warmth and reassurance. I got some stylish spectacles now and my eyes feel so much better in the evenings. What a relief and a total WIN!
