Eye Centers of Tennessee - Pikeville

I'm not a patient of Eye Centers but they took great care of me. I'm from SC but staying in Pikeville to help care for my daughter. I went in to their office to see if they might be able to fix my loose nose pad. It was missing a screw. Within several minutes they were able to find a substitute and I was good to go with no charge. I so appreciate their willingness to try to help even though they didn't have the exact tool and screw to work on my frame.

Ladies are great. Getting your glasses are another issue especially when you really need them. I am now waiting on my third week. I spoke with another lady yesterday and this is why she said she will never go back is the wait on the glasses. They need a different place to fix their glasses or you need to take you scrip to somewhere else. Don't recommend them for this reason. Because you then have to go somewhere else if you have to have your glasses adjusted. Just another input I told the gentleman who tested my eyes I was having trouble. He said my eyes were fine. After going to the Dr. and explaining I had an eye exam he said did he not pick up on your vestibular problem. Crystals in you head need readjusted and sent me to rehabilitation it should have been caught at eye exam. Never again will I go back. At week 4 I still don't have my glasses.

Dr.Boynton and Angela went above and beyond to make sure my contacts worked for me. They are multifocal and can be difficult to get used to. Very friendly, professional care!

This office is amazing! Very friendly, nice, and professional. Also great music. Would definitely recommend.

I was lied to just to gain another patient. I called and asked if they had the specific tests and equipment needed for an specific eye disease, and was told they did. I come in for the appointment just to find out I'm the first patient with this disease the doctor has ever seen and none of the equipment needed is available in this clinic. At the end I had to pay for an eye exam that I did not need and did not obtain the necessary tests. I felt like I wasted the doctor's time and my money but then again they're still getting paid. Soooo

very kind and helpful. Enjoyed getting my glasses and was very excited to figure out why I was having trouble seeing after my cataract surgery. Very knowledgable and friendly people.

The ladies who work her are very kind, knowledgeable and professional as well as personable. Would highly recomend.
