We had the best experience at spectacles! I called and was able to get an appt for my daughter in the same week! Wonderful job on making sure her glasses were perfect and the prescription was spot on!

Always so kind and caring. They will always accommodate to the best of thier ability. Wonderful eye care center that really cares!

Where do I even start... My oldest daughter has a few medical stuff going on since her early years in school. We see a eye specialist yearly. Fast Forward to this year, she sees her eye specialist and get her new eye prescription. 6ish month go by and she is having awful headaches, we go through lots of doctors/testing etc... fast forward to the same month she fails her permit sight exam. I make her an eye appt with Spectacles (its who my husband & I see) to get her fitted for contacts. The staff here was amazing. Her prescription from her eye specialist was wrong and she had been wearing the wrong prescription for 6 months (queue the headaches) Once we've gotten her into the right prescriptions & contacts, no more headaches. She left out of there in literal tears from being able to see so much better. Fast forward again a few months later, I take my other daughter down here for contacts & the staff was just as great. They have the patiences of a saint working with my 10 year old to get the contacts in just right. We are truly grateful to Spectacles! Thank you again for everything!

I'll start by saying it's a really nice facility to visit. All the staff members were nice and pleasant to be around throughout my visit. Shout out to Emily, Dr. Cates, Allison, and Toby. Big thanks to Toby with helping me to narrow my choices down on frame selection and then getting the feel and fit right on the pair I decided on. Really excited to be getting a new pair of glasses! I look forward to working with them again. Highly recommend!

I am a new patient with Spectacles Family EyeCare and I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. They answered all my questions and I will definitely continue to go there for my eyecare needs. Thank you Spectacles Family team.

At first I wasnt unsatisfied with my service, I have been here once and got contacts. After almost a month of them either not answering the phone or not returning my calls with concerns I had with the contacts I had I decided to go to a doctor in scottsboro. Turns out my prescription from this office was way off, I was given astigmatism contact for my left eye with it wasn't needed (this is what I was calling them about and they just never felt the need to help me with this concern or give me appointment) and they told me my insurance only provided frames every 2 years which is not true. If you are extremely patient and don't mind possible mistakes in your prescription this doctors office is cute and clean, but it's just not functional.

The doctors and staff at Spectacles are wonderful! They make you feel welcomed and the doctors really listen to their patients. Any anxiety about going to doctors are alleviated once you enter.

I really love Dr. LeBlanc but the office management leave so much to be desired. I visited the office in November with my daughter only to wait an hour for her appointment. I visited again this morning for an appointment that I was told by the office that I was due for. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting area before inquiring why I had not been seen for my appointment. I was told that I wasn't due for an exam until January. My time is as important as anyone else but it doesn't feel like this is the consensus at this business. Do better, Spectacles. In the meantime, I am sure Walmart Optical can do better.
