Trust me, I never have time to do anything in my own life so for me to write this review clearly they are doing something right

Wow what an amazing optical shop. I went in with two pairs of frames that needed proper adjustments. Right away I could tell optician Ms Jasmine knew her stuff. She saw the fit was a bit off and within minutes she had these frames adjusted for the perfect fit. All free of charge. Personally I had grown tired of going to several big box optical shops over the years. I was settling for frames that fit horribly and with cheap house brand lenses. Not to mention opticians that didnt seem to know about their products. I purchased two higher in pairs online with zeiss lenses. Now I know I have a great shop locally with high end frames and zeiss lenses. Thanks Jasmine. I will be in soon for my next frames and lenses.

I came in to look at some glasses. There was no one else in there but two of the optical technicians. The gal who helped me out was super cold and appeared to hate her job. She acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to come in and look at glasses. And didn't really seem interested in selling me anything or even remotely trying to get me into a pair of glasses. I was prepared to spend some money but quickly left as I didn't feel welcomed at all. It was an experience unlike any other I've ever had. I am new to the area and stumbled upon this place but based on my experience I would never go back.

Honestly wanted to like this place but after spending alot on a nice pair of frames + zeiss lenses I dealt with a bad prescription and a headache from it for months. brought them back multiple times to get my script checked with the guy there and was met with gaslighting about my own discomfort and that the numbers were correct. After a year I ended up just going to warby Parker and my old eye doctor and the prescription they wrote me was my old one and I had no more headaches and could see clearly again. I returned here to see if they would honor my correct prescription (which had not changed just was wrong from them) and was told I would have to pay for new lenses (500$). This has been a huge disappointment and completely turned me away from luxury eyewear for now. I can't even take the glasses elsewhere because not just anyone can change the lenses on them. Update: After seeing my review, they reached out and did supply new lenses with the correct prescription at no additional cost.

My experience at Oculus was by far the best I have ever had, from my eye exam to the styling, it was just amazing. Ernesto was absolutely wonderful and provided a level of care and customer service that is just pure perfection. I could feel the love he has for his job and just made the styling experience so enjoyable. I can't wait to come back! Skiler was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. Thank you guys so much for your time and attention. It was truly wonderful.

I originally brought in some old frames to be refurbished, which they were happy to do. BUT I could quickly tell Oculus had a fabulous selection of distinctive frames, and along with Ernesto's charm and enthusiasm, I decided it was time for a new pair. While I narrowed down some great choices, I ended up with the first pair Ernesto picked out for me--he's just that good! He made sure my order was perfect and was great at communicating throughout the process. Best optician in town!

Here's the thing about Oculus, they're not the cheapest optician in town nor are they the "best value." They are however dedicated to being an Eye Gallery. The selection is simply elevated. They carry some of the best, most beautiful, handcrafted, luxury frames I've seen. And with a breadth of styles to fit even the most discerning individuals. So Oculus Eye Gallery is the right place for you if you're not satisfied with just anything and require something above and beyond, something bespoke, and something that reflects your personal style and values. Shout out to Ernesto, who is incredibly affable and welcoming and has spent plenty of time helping me pick frames and making me feel like my optician isn't just somewhere I go once a year. I'll be back soon and often.

I went there because I'm a Sam's Club member and is the only one that it charged me $100 for the test because of it. Pleasant staff, although once in the exam room, almost in no time the eye surgery was offered before the eye exam Itself. During the exam I kept saying it was pretty blurry and that I really didn't know I was in such a bad shape. The weird thing is that no adjustment to the test made it any better. Until I mentioned something about the lense I was looking through. The male doing the test then CLEAN IT UP and said "it looks like someone made a thumb print. Notice not a finger but a thumb - was "cleaned" I could see better. Well, I went to my husband's eye clinic to get my glasses there as he recommended AND spent a lot of money (I don't have insurance) and I can't see clear at 17 feet away I measured I was visit g a church and couldn't believe it - they are the type with all included, $$$$ transition, shade, name it! I think I have being scammed! I don't believe he repeated the initial testing, he is so chatty like a good salesman type. To keep You busy and focus your attention else where, the charming type you know - I can't go to have the glasses remake, I can pay for a new test else where but now I'm just feeling like a fool and sad
