Excellence across the board!! I contacted Vision Designs for a custom graphic windshield banner. Tim & Kara patiently worked with me on every little aspect to achieve the precise design, color scheme, & look I wanted--during & after business hours. Additionally, I casually mentioned wishing I'd contacted them earlier as I was going to visit family early the following week & would've loved to show it off. Without request or expectation, they ensured it was ready in time! The overall quality was impeccable & price was less than quotes received from multiple large online companies. The level of dedicated one-on-one attention, prompt communication, passion, skill, & detailed focus provided by this small business to create exactly what I envisioned was unmatched--an experience I guarantee you won't find in large companies. Tim & Kara McKay--you guys ROCK!!

The work is beautiful but the service is horrendous. I've ordered multiple times in the last 18 months and there's always been mistakes, which have been eventually corrected. I say "eventually" because it takes multiple contacts and sometimes the correction is wrong. There's always a drama reason. However this last time I've been waiting for 2 months for the order to be completed. Even though I've paid for the product and the shipping, they've failed to ship and have ghosted me on multiple occasions. Do not do business with them.
