Marvina's Optical Boutique

My husband and I stopped by Marvina's today to get glasses for both of us. We are so excited she decided to bring her business to Cameron from Temple. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and she provided some of the best customer service we have ever received in an optical shop. We would 100% recommend her. We are so fortunate she chose Downtown Cameron as home for her business and would encourage you to go by and see her to support this new business. It's great not to have to drive to Temple or Georgetown for quality eyewear. She also has some very nice selections of purses, wallets, earrings, and other gift items.

If I could give 10 stars, I totally would. I have been going here for years and I have never been happier with my eye exam as well as finding the perfect glasses. I am extremely picky and OCD when it comes to my glasses and she excels tremendously. I drive from Harker Heights all the way to Cameron to support this beautiful lady because I always leave happy and excited to pickup my glasses I am so happy to see her thrive in her new location! Also, an even added bonus is the boutique is super cute and you will love it as soon as you open the door

I walked in with no prior notice and Marvina happily fixed my glasses quick and was both friendly and courteous while doing so. I would absolutely recommend her!

I was very impressed with how quaint the atmosphere here was. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable about different options. Marvina comes off a little cold and rude, but her staff, especially Dr. John Maloney were very warm and kind natured. Dr. Maloney provided me with the best experience I've ever had with an eye Dr. It is apparent he is passionate about his career and does a very great job at explaining things in laymen's terms. The cost of my exam and eyewear were also among the most affordable in the area. Highly recommend!

Marvina and her Boutique is top of the line. Her frames range from traditional to funky. Many are Italian inspired. She conferences in Las Vegas searching out the latest styles. I definitely recommend this boutique. Marvina is a true professional from top to bottom!!!

Marvina and her optical boutique were magical! I was on vacation in Temple TX when I lost my prescription glasses. Other glasses companies town told me it could take 10 day to 2 weeks, but Marvina said she could get them in my hands in a few days. I got my prescription emailed and she went to work. Every detail of the gradual lenses and face measurements went smoothly. Marvina was fun, funny, and highly skilled and professional. And, a few days later, my new PERFECT glasses were on my face. I order a specific kind of frame for my glasses and she gave me a different color , I told her politely "I thought I ordered a different color " and she said" no you didn't"which I clearly did but I wasn't about to argue I'm not that type of person. I went there bc I wanted to support my local business but she literally gave my the wrong color frames that I payed A taxed amount for. Really disappointed and feel like I got played and belittled bc it was my first tome there and I'm really soft spoken. I payed $225.00 for something I did not want. Maybe it's my fault for not speaking just heads up make her write down the color and style on your receipt so this doesn't happen to you too.

I was working as a traveling therapist, and was sent to Temple Texas, and ran across Marvinas, I wear reading glasses, and I try to wear glasses no one else wears like rhinestone decorated glasses with bling, Marvina had so many types of beautifully decorated glasses, every paycheck I would come and buy a couple pair, when I went back home to Florida, I couldn't find anything close to what Marvina had, so I contacted her in Texas, and she sent me photos of her latest selections of glasses, I picked out what I liked, and she was nice enough to mail them to me, I will continue to buy from her, she is amazing, if you live in the area, or even if you dont and you want to get the compliments daily that I do when I wear her glasses, go to Marvina's.
