Doc. and I have been married at the hip, for quite a while.. :-) :-) Doc runs a tight ship. Doc. is very thorough, friendly, good bedside manner,/ very good at her job. I've had opportunities, to change ophthalmologist, I refused! Doc. is one of a kind! She's genuinely cares about her patients. She has chewed me out a couple of times for not following directions / instructions, I appreciate the attention to detail. One of the things I admire about doc, she cares about her staff and takes the time to provide them on the job training, even while attending to patients. Doc. Is a very caring person. I'm very proud she is my doc and i am grateful to be one of her patients. Thank you. Doctor, Shashi Dharma.

Dr Dharma is an excellent dr and surgeon. Her office is completely mismanaged and disorganized. Appointments are never on time you can wait for hours to get in. She needs to hire a competent office manager and let that person run the practice so she can focus on being a doctor.

I want to acknowledge Karen Medina and Angel Shibu (Irving Clinic)for their excellent "bedside manner ". Both ladies treated my mom, who is 90 years old with dignity and respect.
Angel took special care to speak loudly and make eye contact with my mom. She was patient and never got frustrated.

The wait time is a little long and the assistance at the Irving office not my favorite i had much better luck at the Corinth office. However dr. Dharma herself is very good I had suffered from Retina disease for years with no diagnosis however first visit she had all the answers. She is very straight forward and to the point. I trust her and will be continuing my care through her .
