I had an amazing experience at Early Vision for my eye appointment yesterday. I've never worn glasses before and was a little nervous after being told I needed a pair, but the staff made the entire process so easy. Everyone was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience--10/10 recommend!

I am so impressed with the employees of Early Vision. Specifically, Chris, who is a tech and is just wonderful kind, explains things to the very best degree and is there for questions and just makes you feel comfortable and in good hands. Elena at the front desk is a joy. She is kind and she is joyful and so very nice. One of the reasons that I returned to this business is the people they have working for them, specifically Chris. Elena is new to me, but I would come back because of her customer service as well. I recommend this place. If you need to have your eyes examined, Early Vision makes the process very easy.

I had to wait a very long time to get fitted for my glasses. There was only 1 optician and they were busy that day. The optician was apologetic. We don't have a choice of places to go for glasses any more. So I just had to deal with it or go out of town an hour in any direction for glasses. I brought my prescription in when I arrived there.

I have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone and their voicemail is always full. Tried to call several times over the course of a month. Extremely unprofessional. At the bare minimum, you should be able to get someone on the phone during business hours.
Edit: They really told me to call the same number that isn't answering the phone.
