Everyone was really wonderful. The staff was kind & helpful since I am disabled. Dr Walters was very nice & sufficient in all of her exam. Lisa was great at getting the glasses ready for me. The whole staff & the Dr were wonderful. I think i have found my future eye establishment. This was my first visit but they made me feel like I had been there before. Really good place.

Ive been a patient here for many years and was bummed to hear Dr Northcutt recently retired because he was so great and always welcoming. The new Optometrist is Adell Waters O.D. and she was fantastically also! So friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs. First off everyone is so nice and happy. At least during my visit. The exam went smoothly and quick, but thorough. The eyeglass tech didn't make me feel rushed when choosing my new glasses. Even though they didn't have the frames I wanted they were able to order the Oakley frames I liked. Once the frames come in I'll visit again to finalize the new lenses. This is my second yearly visit. I would recommend this optometrist to anyone.

My first eye appointment as an adult and it was great! Doc and his team got me in and out in less than an hour. Dr Northcutt explained everything to me and his team helped explain the insurance and also helped pick out some nice frames. Look forward to doing business with them in the future!

Dr Northcutt is great but I will never go to this office again I spent over $1300 on 2 pair of glasses after insurance paid their part. After 2 weeks I was called to pick up. I picked up and after I left I realized I only got one pair but ordered 2. I called and was told I could pick the other pair up. I asked them to put them in the mail and they told me $10! Really??? A 15+ year customer and you'll make me drive an hour or pay $10. That's my last visit. I'll pick up my records and find a new doctor!

I drive 35min to come to this office. Dr. Northcutt is a friendly, very thorough and very skilled ophthalmologist. My husband decided to come here as well after I had started and feels the same way. His technicians and office staff are friendly and skilled. Great care and great environment! Highly recommend!
