I had a wonderful experience at this TSO location in Fair Oaks. From scheduling my appointment on the telephone, to walking in the door with a greeting, to the assistant, the doctor and the optical assistant. Excellent attitudes and service all around! Dr Dennington was so thorough, kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and explained everything so well. What makes them even better is that they participate in our VSP vision plan coverage and are a premier VSP doctor which offers more savings for our optical needs. I'm glad I switched!

HIGHLY recommend after a fantastic experience!!! Front desk clerk was super friendly, resourceful and prompt. She went a step further and patiently helped us resolve an insurance issue prior to our visit. Next, Stephanie was the phenomenal tech that checked us in. She was attentive, kind & funny; helping our son be at ease after a negative experience last year.

This has been our best experience with an optometrist office yet! Therefore we have kept coming here with our children for several years. From the front desk personnel like sweet Mia and Genevieve, to welcoming and professional Dr. Ashlynn Dennison herself, it is a pleasant experience all around.
