Your optical lady is so extremely rude. Every time I speak with her she has a horrible attitude. Made my time picking out frames feel rushed and like i was wasn't important enough to have good quality care, and like I was taking to long. Miranda or something. She shouldn't be in the customer care department maybe in the back far far away from people so we don't have to deal with her terrible demeanor. So off putting I would never ever recommend any of my friends to buy the frames from yall if she going to be the one getting you set up with them.

I just want to say that I will never go to another eye doctor or eye clinic. This truly was the best experience I have ever had. Dr Johnston was very thorough and he also did a test on my eyes that no one has ever done. Which I am thankful I did. I was fitted with glasses with a lady named Janet. She listened to me and was able to get the glasses that best fit my face and looked amazing on me. They are not out to rob the bank , they are truly out to help the patient get the most for their money. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Janet and Dr Johnston. 10 stars

These people do NOT keep you waiting. My vision plan isn't great, and neither is my vision. But they fixed and with (considering how badly my employer vision plan sucks... railroad) the out the of pocket cost was very reasonable.
I go back every time to the same place to see the same people to get the same great service.

I look forward to my eye appointment every year. It's my favorite. Brandy, Dr. Johnson and the eye glasses girls are THE BEST. Dr. Johnson doesn't get irritated when I ask him 800 questions or ask to look at the pictures of the inside of my peepers, even though I have no idea what I'm looking at. He's so thorough and patient. When I go in, it's like seeing my family. They remember me. Before I go in they have the "crazy" glasses pulled for me to choose from because they KNOW what I'll want. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Although, there have been a few changes that I'm not fond of. I just won't get my contacts there.
