The nurse/ technician ( i didn't remember her name) that was with my son and i during the testing part was EXTREMELY sweet, soft spoken, patient. Excellent Eye Care Experience I had a wonderful experience during my recent eye care visit. The staff Ms Jamie & Ms Keisha was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The Dr Scott Sands took the time to explain every part of the exam, open to answer any questions might've had, he made sure I understood all things involving my eye health. He was wonderful and very pleasant. Hope I get to see and visit with him again. The office was clean, well-organized. The exam visit was quick and efficient. I also appreciated Ms Etta helping me choose the right lenses and frames without any pressure to buy. She is an AWESOME fun loving, down to earth fashionable woman. Overall, I left feeling confident about my eye health and very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality, attentive eye care. We have used and love Gold Eye clinic for years. All of the doctors and technicians are kind, affable, and knowledgeable. The support staff at the front desk are put through a lot, and some tend to err to the side of (almost) defensive. Generally, what you give you get back, so be patient and kind and they will give that in return. We always have an easy, pleasant time there. Just most recent visit, they worked with us to preempt an insurance that was ending. Went above and beyond!

The Gold Eye Clinic staff were courteous and helpful. They handled the different components of my eye exam very well. As always Dr. Su was extremely supportive and helpful. I recommend the Gold Eye Clinic

Dr. Mark is amazing. He takes the time to inform all he patients of everything that you can expect and such a wonderful personality. You can expect to feel comfortable and excited to have him treat you as part of his family. I will always recommend him and his staff for the amazing and awesome things they do for everyone who is not only a patient but the family that accompanied them.

On this particular day I called for an appointment expecting it to be 2 or 3 days later. The friendly voice on the phone said would 1 o'clock be good for you? I accepted that offer, showed up, checked in and shortly later was checked out throughly. I received what I considered a good check up. They wrote me out a prescription. No pressure sales to purchase from them at all. But since I am a return customer I chose to purchase there. Easy peasy. I would recommend them.

The doctors at Gold are top of the shelf. I've had at least two surgeries there, had cataracts, prescribed glasses, got a hard contact, and now I have the contact that covers the whole eye. Every phase of my care was perfect, professional, and prompt. They are really good at Gold!

My care over 10 years is exceptional.. They helped me through careracts, detached retina and glaucoma with no glasses and now no drops.. i have Seen 4 doctors there with seamless care.
