The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The whole experience was fantastic! I've been wearing glasses for 20 years & this is the best experience I've had so far! They also had a great selection of frames at great prices, which really helps since we have 3 glasses wearers in the family!

Delightful people. Everyone was kind and polite. Dr Berg was ultra professional and friendly as was the technician. I truly appreciate small-town businesses like this who take their customers seriously.

Dr Berg and the entire staff are fantastic! I had a lot of concerns regarding recent changes in my vision and all of my questions were answered, without making me feel rushed or hurried. They have a great selection of frames to choose from. I was especially pleased to learn of Dr. Berg's background regarding issues specific to diabetic eye problems.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Berg took plenty of time with me and explained things beautifully. I highly recommend them!

Tara, Dusty, and Dr. Berg were so kind and personable! I never felt rushed, having an appointment that was scheduled later in the afternoon. There's one reason I'm not giving a 5 star review. The doctor told me she would put a note in my tray to have the office call me and allow me to try my frames on before they cut the lenses. Reason being that my frames were ordered online. If I didn't like the look or fit of the frames, I would have the opportunity to "return" them before the lenses were cut. This didn't happen... when I received a call from the office and went in, the lenses were already in the frames. Luckily, they were a good fit and I'm happy with the design. But, if I hadn't been, would I have been allowed to get a different pair at no additional cost?

Dr. Sara Berg and her staff are exceptional. She is very knowledgable, she listens and comes up with treatment appropriate for the problem. I have extreme dry eyes and now what appears to be demodex blepharitis (mites in the eye lid). We are treating both like a science project which I appreciate. Dr. Berg recently saw me as an urgency on what was a day in the office for her to catch up, i.e. see no patients.

We took my daughter's glasses in, that we got 2 weeks ago to be repaired today. I literally watched the pair come undone on her face, the screw just fell out it was the weirdest thing. I was explaining this to the receptionist and she decided to rudely inform me that "glasses don't just fall apart" yes, I'm fully aware, however these did and can you fix them? She argued with me that she didn't think shed be able to and that "glasses don't just fall apart". The screw JUST needed to be put back in. I asked her if she could TRY to fix them and she said she didn't think shed be able to with the "damage WE caused" and that we might have to pay for new glasses. She said we could leave them and she could try to have someone repair them but at that point I had enough crappy customer service I told her we were done and she was very rude and I would rather pay to have someone else repair them. There were previous issues with getting the glasses in the first place. Dr had a family emergency (understandable) then they cut the lenses wrong, then there was another family emergency. Again all of that was understood but I had to call over the span of 3 weeks to even get any of the information and the last time the receptionist was rude. Overall I'm not sure how good the doctors are the customer service was so bad it turned me away from wanting my daughter to become a patient of theirs. I hope you find someone who is much more pleasant and patient we might consider coming back then.
