Lampasas Eye Care

I had the best experience yesterday. I have been a patient at Lampasas Eye Care for years and have always had a great experience but yesterday was amazing!!!! Had an appointment for myself and was able to add my daughter in as well. She is 10 and this was her first eye appointment. While I was in my appointment one of the employees ( I wish I would have caught her name ) helped her try on glasses and made it such a fun experience for her. The doctor was amazing and addressed all my concerns and even mentioned several times he wasn't in a rush and took his time answering all my questions. Just an amazing team overall!

I really like the staff at Lampasas Eye Care. It was pretty busy with people picking up glasses, waiting to get an exam, or to have their glasses adjusted. The staff did a great job attending to everyone. There was an elderly man who fell right at the door before coming in. The woman from the front desk was very professional, made him feel at ease, got a first aid kit & cleaned him up. Afterwards, she kept making sure he was ok. I was impressed! I had not seen Dr. Jim before. He was very personable, explained an issue I have with my left eye in detail. I definitely recommend him & Lampasas Eye Care. Kelly Randall Moreno

This was truly the best experience I've ever had at an eye appointment. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. I never felt rushed, and the doctor took the time to make sure my prescription was absolutely perfect. He worked carefully with the adjustments my eyes had made and didn't stop until everything was just right. It was so refreshing and enlightening to meet a doctor who treats you like a family member rather than just patient number three for the day. My vision is noticeably clearer now, and I'm so grateful for the level of attention and compassion I received. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

Had a great experience for my first time at a Lampasas Eyecare. After visiting an urgent care, and emergency room, I wanted a third opinion. Thank God I did, the doctor recognized the seriousness of my condition and had me referred to temple. I felt taken care of, and he was very knowledgeable. The staff was all very kind. I highly recommend Lampasas Eyecare and if you have an eye problem, visit here first!

I was very pleased with all phases of the experience from the friendly greeting to the quick checkout. The doctor listened well and was very engaged. The tech did a wonderful job prior to seeing the doctor but the most helpful was the lady that assisted with choosing lenses and frames. The prices were better than what I experienced in larger cities. I strongly recommend.

He also explained everything in detail and patiently answered all my questions. Jessica helped me to pick out the perfect frames and ordered my glasses and contacts.
