I live in lindale. I wanted to keep my business local. My first time ever calling to inquire about an appt or insurance accepted. The receptionist was very short. Rude and definitely didn't have her coffee that morning. First impression not good. I will be going somewhere else.

This was my first visit to this office. Everything about my visit was great. Very friendly staff and doctor. Receptionist ladies were very helpful and Misty was very knowledgeable in explaining the insurance side of it when I was looking at eyeglasses.
