10/10 experience all around starting with the seamless same day booking online, & check in with the front desk receptionist who was so nice. The visit with Dr. Dirks was very informative and thorough. He made choosing glasses for the first time so easy! Alex the optical manager explained the lens crafting process and my insurance plan to me and made it so simple, all i had to do was choose frames! This was my first visit to the eye doctor in adulthood and they made it pain free, i'm so glad i chose them!
