I had a very nice visit. I especially liked the state of the art equipment for examining my retina without drops. And my examination was quick yet thorough and precise. Picking out my frames was an enjoyable experience as well. They had several affordable frames to choose from. And they worked to make sure my first progressives would meet my personal requirements. And I loved that it was near my home in Manor! Highly recommended!

All the staff were amazing from start to finish. They explained all tests and exams step by step and took time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Wait time was basically non existent. Lots of options for eyewear that included something that could be covered by my insurance if needed. They even helped my out with adjusting my current glasses for a better fit. Will definitely be returning

On Friday January 5th, 2024 our son had his first eye appointment at Manor vision. It was a 4 star experience. We were pleased to find out that children receive warranty on all youth glasses. I decided to only get one pair and see how well our 6 year old son would manage. We were not told that he would need to bring in the broken pair in order to receive the new one. He chose a glow in the dark Lacoste pair. It got a tiny scratch top corner of one of the lens but since it was no bother, I didn't ask for a whole new pair. On October 3rd 2024, my son accidentally stepped on and broke off one of the sides of the frame. I attached tape and went to Manor vision since we live close by. Staff member Lena said that they no longer offer warranties. I was shocked and disappointed. I was not informed. She claims that it was since November that they no longer offer warranty but I said well that is not what we were told. I didn't have the form with me. She left to speak to a supervisor or someone and came back stating that they would let my son have one for which I was grateful. Why would IDEAL EYE TEAM MANOR VISION not inform customers of the warranty change? Lena showed my son where to choose a new pair and we noticed that there were no more of the same ones he had. She said that they no longer carry Lacoste. No more glow in the dark. Why didn't they remove the Lacoste sign ? I was not upset at Lena. I know she was merely doing her job. She did the best she could to remain sweet and calm. And I did my best not to behave unseemly. My son picked a pair. We were told it would be ready in about 10 days. Well it was ready much sooner than expected. When we got there, Lena recognized and called my son by his name. She got the glasses and held it in her hand as she then said oh I forgot to say that you need to return the broken glasses in order to get a ne one. I was not aware. So I asked where is that written? She got annoyed and said that we cannot get the new pair. I said okay but can I have that in writing please. She left to get it on the computer in the other room. I asked her if she is also the person to measure my son, she said yes and kept on repeating that we are not getting the new one unless we give the broken pair. What if I didn't have it? When the text was sent why weren't we told to bring it in? I explained that it was no problem but that is an inconvenience to us as customers and just wrong since we were not told. Lena also refused to initially measure my son's face instead offering me his p p ? Measurements. I told her no, you're the one to measure his face. She proceeded to measure his face as I took the broken frame from my bag. Lena said that I was rude but couldn't say how besides I could have said thank you for glasses even though the warranty was up. I did say thank you when we received the glasses. Is it rude to speak up and ask for written information? We got the glasses in January but she claims that the warranty ended in November which does not make any sense. It seems like Manor vision is making up rules and claims as they see please. I read other reviews and it seems like a consistent problem with Manor Vision on double crossing customers to either spend more or get what they don't need. As I was asking Lena to explain how I was being rude, the other Coworker left her desk to reiterate backing up her friend. She didn't introduce herself or say hello just got into the conversation which I thought was unprofessional. Seems like a money making scheme to resell old glasses or give to their friends and family. Lena took a long time trying to find whatever she was looking for on the computer, then came back to say that she could not find warranty or bring back proof. She also said that their manager has it but is on bereavement leave. How nice to be on bereavement leave with no return date and how unfortunate that important customer service documents are inaccessible until she returns. Hope she is doing well. I think IDEAL EYE TEAM MANOR VISION can do better. Visit only if necessary or desperate.

Manor Vision staff and management are grossly inept. They offer absolutely no customer service. They are arrogant, and appear as though they are better than their customers. They have no knowledge of insurance or the initiative to find out about it. I got the impression that they did not feel as though they needed or wanted my business. I don't see them being in Manor for the long term so don't waste your time.
