Two C Eye Care

I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor's office for my kids. The entire environment is extremely friendly, organized, and professional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and made to feel comfortable. The staff was patient, informative, and great with children, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Everything was clean, efficient, and well-run. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they give to their young patients. Highly recommend this office to any parent looking for quality eye care for their kids!

Dr. Cao and his staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable! After 2 years, I'm able to wear contacts again! Super happy! I'm so glad I started coming here! Can't wait to bring my daughter! Thanks Dr Cao!!

Dr. Cao is professional, personable, and easy going. The office staff ladies were assets with halos. I am not a huge fan of shopping, and they helped me narrow options down to 3 pairs. Was such a pleasant experience that I scheduled an appointment for my son the following week. Thanks again, Dr. Cao!

I was referred to Two C Eye Care from another office that didn't accept my insurance. I scheduled an appointment for December 31, confirming beforehand that they accepted United Healthcare and that my insurance would cover my eye condition. Upon arrival, I was asked the same insurance questions I had already confirmed over the phone. Things went downhill from there. The staff asked me to remove my lenses and insisted I use the saline solution they had on hand instead of the proper solution I requested. Despite explaining that this is not safe to put in my eyes, they continued to insist it was okay, saying "this is what the doctor told me to do." When I spoke directly with the doctor, he also insisted it was safe and that it's what he uses for all patients, even though soft and rigid lenses require different solutions. I was uncomfortable moving forward under those circumstances. On top of that, I was informed it could take 2-3 months to verify insurance and that fitting for my lenses would cost $2,000--far more than I've ever paid out of pocket. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left me without a resolution. I would not recommend Two C Eye Care if you want a confident, knowledgeable, and efficient experience.

Great service! Dr. Cao is great - he takes time and does a thorough exam and answers all questions. He is great with kids and the entire office staff is helpful. Highly recommend!

For my sons first appointment I was definitely disappointed. Our time was WASTED. I made an appointment on a Tuesday for a Thursday morning appt with the doctor (DR. CAO) that shows can deal with small children.. show up to the appointment with a "fill in" doctor who tries to do an exam with my 5 year old. Midway into the appt she can't because she can't handle getting through the exam with my child. Now their suggestion was to make ANOTHER appt with the pediatric doctor. Which NOW WASTE MY TIME!! I could have received a call ahead of time to let me know the PEDIATRIC EYE DOCTOR was not going to be in for the next TWO WEEKS so that I can make different arrangements RATHER than to WASTE MY TIME with a fill in who can't handle getting through an exam with a child! Unacceptable!! And totally could have been avoided by just a simple call stating the pediatric doctor is out!

I was extremely impressed with this office. Susan was very helpful and made ordering my safety glasses super easy. I would definitely recommend going to Two-C eye care for all your eye care needs.
