DO NOT GO HERE. Got my glasses done in March and needed the lenses replaced in November due to minor scratches. I was told when I purchased the lenses that they were covered for replacement. THEY LIED!! They wanted to charge almost $500 since they were initially covered by my insurance and the lenses are not covered. This is the first time I've ever encountered an eye care place like this. She told me in March that the lenses were covered.

2nd time in a row that the Dr has an emergency or is running late. I knew I shouldn't have gone back to this place. 40 min of waiting to say the Dr is running late 1.5 hrs late That should been said 40 min earlier. There should be compensation for our wasted day

Had an evening appointment last Wednesday. Ana was assisting someone when I walked in but kept reassuring me she would be right with me. I appreciated that and she was with me in minutes. Dr. Kim did my eye exam and she was amazing! She took her time, explained EVERYTHING and gave some good advice. I knew it would take me forever to find glasses I liked but Ana came to rescue. I picked out about 10 pair and didn't like any. She came over and picked out one pair and I loved them! She took time to explain my lens options and pricing and it was after closing time. I came in with my daughter for a pediatric optometrist appointment. I didn't know what to expect because she is only 5 years old. My anxiety was quickly put to rest when I came in. The doctor and medical assistant were patient with my daughter and she was not the easiest patient to handle she was nervous. The optometrist did a great job at explaining to me what exactly was going on with her eyes. I got her fitted for glasses and they had a great selection of glasses for adults as well as children. The lobby was clean and the office is quaint but beautiful. The staff is friendly and efficient. I was so impressed I tried to schedule my optometrist appointment but they did not accept my insurance with my employer. Great place to take your children for pediatric optometrists appointments.
