I can't say enough good things about this office. Dr. Chen was extremely attentive and thorough and identified a potentially serious issue during my exam. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how they made sure we had a follow-up scheduled promptly. The entire staff was wonderful--friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. I felt supported every step of the way and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly and most importantly helpful staff. Waiting area and exam room was clean open and inviting. Sitting in the waiting area I observed how the staff helped each other and were able to do multiple roles within the clinic. Made me think that they truly liked the work. They took the time to help me pick frames. They also knew my insurance coverage so that when I made choices on my glasses I felt like I made an informed decision and avoided extra little charges that I didn't feel I wanted to come out of pocket. Small things like that make the biggest impact on why I will return and have my family seen there.

They have high digital options for eye exams. Was able to see detailed images of my eye anatomy and optometrist went over every detail with me. Very thorough exams . Prescription had many options and upgrades. Overall pleased

I love Dr. Hong Ly! She is personable and even helped me choose my frames with a VERY honest opinion :)While waiting I saw her jump in and assist her staff when patient flow began to back up. Office staff is also friendly!

I've been seeing Dr. Ly for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. When I first went, I found out that my previous doctor had overcorrected my eyes... Dr. Ly took the time to explain everything clearly and got my prescription just right. She's kind, patient, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients and loves what she does. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, and I really appreciate that there's no long wait time my visits are always quick and easy. The office is always clean, bright, and comfortable, which makes every visit a pleasant experience.

They took great care of me, I hadn't been to an eye exam for over a decade but the doctor did a great job explaining my vision situation to me and ensuring all my questions were answered. All the staff were extremely friendly and the location itself is very pleasant to visit.

Bad experience overall. The optometrist got my prescription wrong right off the bat. Four trips just for one pair of glasses, all for their mistakes. And even after this, they misquoted the total price and told me I had to pay more. I told the front desk attendants that it was a bad experience and that I probably wouldn't come back. They didn't care and didn't say a word, no apology, or even thank me for my business. Nothing. There are a lot of eye doctors out there. Should not have to deal with an experience like this. Disappointing.

My wife and I have been to Dr. Ly for a few years now. Facilities are clean, and Dr. Ly and her team have always been wonderful. Always recommend stopping by this location when you're in the area!
