Sanger Eye Care

My husband went in for his routine exam in October 2025 and was told he had to pay $45 before he could be seen. Since we weren't given any explanation for the charge, he walked out. I called the office immediately, and the staff could only tell me we owed $45 from 2023--but couldn't explain why, only that "we just owe it." I contacted our insurance company, and they confirmed the only extra charge was a $40 refraction fee. Since I had already paid the $15 copay, the most we should have owed was $30, so the math still doesn't add up. When I spoke with Dr. Andrew, he suggested the $45 was "probably a copay," which was incorrect. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke with seemed to take offense to me asking for clarification and ultimately told us we were no longer allowed to return to the office. This was surprising and disappointing, considering we've been patients here multiple times. It truly felt like money took precedence over patient care in this situation. To be fair, Dr. Kasey has always given very thorough exams, and Clark is exceptional when it comes to frame adjustments. I did go back one last time to pick up glasses that were already ordered and paid for, and Clark was as kind and helpful as ever--he even told me to come back anytime for adjustments. Sadly, it looks like that won't be possible now. Overall, this experience left us frustrated and confused, and it's unfortunate that long-time patients were dismissed over an unexplained charge.

We've been coming to Sanger Eye Care for about two years now, and Dr. Kasey Warren has been fantastic with our family's vision care. We only wish we had found her sooner!

Staff & Doctor exceeded my expectations. After my appointment they were able to have my glasses in 15 minutes of selection & a pair of contacts! I am very impressed & elated. Doctor Kasey Warren is super kind & welcoming. She made the visit fun as well. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Kasey was very thorough with her exam and explained each part as she completed the exam. This is probably the best eye exam I have ever had! The staff is kind and helpful too. I am planning on going back to purchase new glasses.

Best place I've had my eye exams in the 22 yrs I've worn glasses! Staff is super helpful and nice. Kasey Warren takes the time to make sure your prescription is the best it can be.

Today, I received my new glasses.. I have never been able to see this clearly . Dr Kasey was so patient and kind during my eye exam. She explained to me everything she was doing and what she was looking for. When I was picking out my frames,, she gave me her opinion and helped me select the frame that fit me. I would recommend Sanger Eye Care to everyone I know. Totally a happy man today.Thank you.

We have been customers for several years and we really enjoy the professional, but family-like atmosphere. I love that they never try to push you to buy from them, but when I asked for rebates she looked and found one for me on the internet. I'd much rather support a small town business that cares for me as a client than a big box business .where I'm just a number Great experience - great staff. .

Great place to go for quality eye care. Staff were awesome. I'll never go anywhere else. They make you feel important. Very impressed with the entire visit.
