I'll be the first to admit--I'm a cautious (and probably difficult) customer. I don't like signing anything I don't fully understand, and I'm very wary of being talked into spending money unnecessarily when I know pricing can vary. I chose Cave Eye Care Associates because my eye insurance had just renewed and their website listed them as a premier provider, offering the best pricing and discounts with my plan. Even better, they're right here in my hometown, so I didn't have to drive to Lubbock or Abilene. From the moment I walked in, I questioned everything. I was especially hesitant about the eye scan because of a bad past experience at a big-box eye center where I was charged hundreds of dollars for something I didn't want or understand. This time, however, Mr. Cave personally took the time to explain exactly what the scan was, why it's standard everywhere now, and what it actually does. He was the first eye doctor who ever explained it clearly--and once I understood, I realized I'd even had it done before. Before my exam, the eyewear specialist sat down with me and walked through all the pricing upfront, which immediately put me at ease. After a fantastic exam, Mallory--my sales associate--went above and beyond. She patiently explained every option, helped me maximize my insurance benefits, and even stayed 30 minutes past her lunch hour to make sure everything was done right. To top it all off, my wife and son came in just a few hours later and had the same excellent experience. Honest, transparent, patient, and genuinely caring--Cave Eye Care Associates earned my trust, and that's not easy to do. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Jason Cave was very informative. He explained everything to me and gave me really good education about what symptoms to watch for for certain conditions and when to come back, other than for a yearly routine visit. He was very kind. Will absolutely be bringing my kids when they are of age for eye exams and will continue using him!

I began seeing Dr. Jason Cave in 2019. I will never see another eye doctor again! I moved away but still drive 115 miles each way every year for an appointment. Jason is so thorough. He takes a holistic approach to vision and addresses every issue, no matter how small. I even began taking my elderly parents there before they passed away! He is great with people and great at his craft.

Saw dr Jason cave for the first time. I have several health and eye issues. He was very great and informed and very good at explaining my problems, possible reasons ans solutions. Alao I ordered new glasses and was surprised that they were less than I would pay out of town at box store in mall.

Dr,Cave and his staff are very amazing. I've been to other eye clinics and the experience was terrible. I've gotten up and walked out. But being a patient of doctor Cave is the best experience any could ever have. His staff are Angels. They made the whole experience such a blessing. But the bonus is doctor Cave. He is gentle and explains everything. But hands down I will recommend anyone to make an appointment. And see for yourself. You won't regret it. These are Gods angels.
