Everyone was absolutely professional from the start and was very efficient throughout the whole experience with kindness and patience as well. I was surprised to find that there weren't any breakdowns in pricing for everything online or anywhere else not even in the billing receipts. Otherwise they were good. That's the only issue I have with this one place.

Dr Haden(? sp) had been very thorough, nice, knowledgeable, and caring each time he's checked my eyes. Good staff is very kind and helpful each time as well.
The only complaint I have is there doesn't seem to be a person trained or experienced in glasses firing and adjustment. I got glasses with the wrap ear ear pieces. They do not fit well at all. Because the employee kept going to the back to adjust them, and really just wasn't getting them to fit, I chose to say they were good and leave.
Another problem is I was really never shown a breakdown of the cost of everything. I may indeed have picked the cheapest frames available.
I am contemplating whether to go back and ask for better adjustment or ask to get better frames.

Dr. Hayden is very likable. He is easy to talk to, He explains what he is seeing in terms you can understand. In the past he has found a torn retina in my wife's eye and got her into a specialists quickly to do surgery and correct that problem. He is meticulous in his exams. I trust him.
