I've been going here for a few years now and the staff have always been very nice, polite and professional every time I go. And Dr. Flores is always very nice, patient, polite, professional and VERY thorough!! He explains everything to me and always asks if I have any questions.

I'm not happy about their customer service. When I went to get my exam, it was very slow and the tech really didn't know what she was doing!! when I called to order my contacts my prescription needed to be verified by the doctor and I was supposed to get a call back and never did! I had to call back a week later to order contacts. I had a friend go to Vernon yesterday to pick up my contacts and the place was closed early.

Dr Kirkland is one of the best. He helped fit me in contacts when others did not think they could. I have been so please with his care. The staff at Vernon is also top notch. Jo Ann goes out of her way to help you and make sure you are seeing your best. Her years of experience are pricless. If she can't give you the answer, she will get it for you.

Joann that runs the front desk is a blessing. She went out of her way after I broke my glasses and was left with out a back up. She got me a set of frames to use and set me up with an appointment to see the eye dr as quickly as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Got my eyes checked first part of April. Had some problem with my insurance, they'd only pay for the exam. Not a problem. After several phone calls over a months time, I was finally able to get a copy of my prescription. As of this post, May 15, I have yet to receive a call back with the price of the frames I picked out and the lenses I required.
