Dr. Yeung and all of the staff were so amazing with my 5 year old son. They were patient, caring, and informative. The office was clean, organized, and flowed smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for both of us.

This place is the best! Both my kids and I get our glasses here. They really go above and beyond to make sure your prescription is right. Dr. Carolin Yeung took such good care of us. She's awesome! The ladies who help you choose and adjust your glasses are patient and friendly

We had a great experience. All the staff members were very sweet & knowledgeable. My husband had an appt this morning & we were also able to add in my daughter last minute to get an exam done. She is on the spectrum & they went out of their way to explain every step they were doing. They made her feel comfortable during the whole process. I highly recommend this facility!

Best eye doctor appointment I've had in years. I've worn contacts and glasses my entire life so I know the drill. Bynum eye care changed the game for me. I was on time and so were they. By the time I checked in and sat down I was in the back within minutes. The intake nurse was pleasant and thorough. Dr. Yung was very informative and pleasant to talk to. I've found my new eye doctor for sure.

I just had cataract surgery on my right eye. Dr Bynum and her staff were wonderful during the entire process. Dr Robin Bynum OF has been my family eye care specialist since we moved to Whitesboro. We are so happy to have found her practice.

I am not impressed with this clinic. I moved to Texas 7 months ago. I am now moving back to my home state. But while I was here I needed to see an eye doctor for my yearly exam and new pair of glasses. I found Bynum Eye Care online and they accepted my insurance had amazing reviews and was only about 15 min away from me. Don't get me wrong everyone in this clinic is super nice and I never had any problems with their professional communication. I had a problem with the experience. The day I went in for my exam I did the optomap scan as I do every year. They then moved me into another room where the doctor went over the scans with me. Little did she know the scans she was going over were not mine. She proceeded to tell me that I had blood spots in both of my eyes, fluid buildup behind one of my eyes and signs that could possibly be glaucoma. Before she continued with the exam she immediately recommended that I make an appointment with a specialist to have dye injected into my eyes and further scans. At this point I was concerned but very confused. I am young and mostly healthy and have never had any issues with my eyes. She continued the exam and tested my eyes which I was told my one eye barely changed and my other doubled its prescription. Then she finally got to doing her personal exam where she then realized her mix up with the scans because she saw that my eyes were very healthy. She immediately apologized and finished what she needed and I moved on to picking out my new glasses. Then the wait began to get the text that my glasses were ready for pickup. They told me that it would be at most 10-14 days. It was 3 weeks. When I finally picked them up I could not see out of them. My one eye's prescription was so strong that every time I tried to wear them over the next few days I got a major migraine, dizzy and nauseous. I called to make a new appointment to have them fixed and they couldn't get me in for a week and a half. When I went in for my retest. The doctor told me that my eyes were testing at zero. Meaning I didn't need a prescription. The doctor then proceeded to write me a prescription that was less than what I had in my old glasses originally. I gave my glasses to them so that they could ship them and have the new prescription lenses put in. I finally picked them up today 2 weeks later, a much better timeline. I am way more comfortable in them but feel that my prescription is not enough. But I am honestly so frustrated that I am very happy to take my new classes back to my home state and have my prescription changed there with my old doctor. I am in no means upset about how the people in the clinic acted. I am upset about the fact that they made so many mistakes. I have never had to go through anything like this ever and it is just so frustrating to me that they can't seem to do it right. To me it seems like the doc doesn't even know what she is doing. To get my prescription wrong twice, one with the prescription way too high and the other with the precipitation less than what I had before. I mean at that point mind as well just write me the same prescription I had in my old glasses. It's ridiculous.

The clinic was able to get me in for a new patient visit the same day due to an eye injury. Dr Yeung was wonderful and took the time to listen and then explain her findings. The staff was caring and friendly. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

The whole team is wonderful and kind. I have received eye care from Dr Bynum for 20 years! Never had a complaint she is thorough and professional. She knows her stuff and I've never had any trouble with any of the glasses I have purchased there.
