Life happens and I was 11 minutes late, the young lady at the counter did not want to ask Dr if she would still care to see me(she was very timid about asking) marked me as a "no show" & wanted to reschedule. Most Dr office give you some grace. I understand there are more patience scheduled, however; no one else was there...why not ask?

I'm not very happy with my cateract surgery, but I don't have any way of comparing it with any other outcome. I hate to complain but I did want to find out what I could that I didn't know, and between the two of them, the optician and the doctor asked me so many questions i didn't have any other questions and although I still wish my vision was better, I now feel I had a good enough outcome and I'm satisfied--due to being asked questions and my being able to ask every question I wanted to ask. I still feel a little abashed to have voiced negativity, but relieved to have had the chance to do so. Hope that makes sense. Thank you.

The ladies who assisted me with new frames, etc. could not have been nicer. They seemed to really enjoy what they do and worked so well together. They made me feel special.

Staff is great. I do feel it is too much to ask one receptionist to handle all the phone calls, appointments, insurance and client needs. The clinic needs an additional staff person.

I loved my experience at CTEC. The staff are really friendly and helpful and I really like Dr. Pickett. The technician who completes the eye exam is very professional and thorough. Great place!

Great staff! The entire team made sure that I had everything I needed, from check-in to check-out. So glad to have this facility in Wimberley!

Very efficient, testing went smoothly and all office personnel were very helpful. Dr. Hu is easy to talk to and straight forward with his answers.
