The office in Woodville, has a wonderful staff. No waiting time. The Doctor answered my questions. Ordered glasses when they arrived a slight wear. Order replacement, order was on back log. Patty I spoke with often. Patiently I waited. The pleasure of Patty keeping me informed. With my health and the back log. On trip I went to the one in Kingwood and pick out new glasses. The Kingwood office was clean and a courteous smile and greeting with care . Patty said it could be done under 30 minutes. Paid difference in frame yet I was happy and satisfied with James Eye Associates service. I do recommend them.

Staff was extremely professional. Christina was very attentive to all my questions and made the process very easy. I appreciated the time and effort Christina took to answer all of my questions. The doctor was very thorough and also answered all my questions. I would highly recommend coming here for all your eye issues or needs.

Another great visit with James Eye Associates. We love visiting here. Everyone is so kind and caring. Our son got his first pair of glasses today, and while he was less than thrilled about needing a script, they made him feel alright about it. & Our daughter made a wishlist of new frames. Christina has great taste in glasses and was a superb help. ;) We appreciate y'all.

Everyone welcomed us with smiles!!! The atmosphere was warm and spiritual, rich with soft music and crosses throughout. All the staff was quite knowledgeable in the role they played. Christina was so very friendly! She spoke to us so personably upon our entering and before we left. She made sure we had water and looked at glasses with us. She even helped me get on this website, to do my review! The doctor was so thorough and extremely knowledgeable and completely up to date on the latest products and medical technology. Also the doctor had a great sense of humor, respect for our great country as well as our military. She thanked me for my service in the Army. She spoke highly of veterans. The lady doing the eye analysis was friendly and offered us water. Christina came and checked in on us.! I would highly recommend anyone to this office! Thank you Everyone. May God bless all of you. Best experience I have ever had with exam for glasses and contacts. The staff was excellent and gave plenty of time and advice when picking frames and lenses. Dr Richter took her time to make sure my prescription was just right and that the contacts fit properly. Christina and Jansi were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank you all so much!

My vision changed within six months of getting my glasses. The staff was very helpful and got me fixed up with new prescription. Christina was so helpful when I went back to get my new lens put into my frames.

Christina and Kathy have been awesome with all 4 of my kiddos during back to school exams and we so patient and kind!!! We love this place soooo much! They are state of the art and absolutely never have we gotten a bad script from here unlike other places

My eight year old had an appointment today it was not her first eye exam but I was very impressed by the care and attention she received from the staff and the doctor.
