dr.smith is just there to get a fat paycheck. i have cataracts and dr. faber told me i shouldnt get surgery just yet because i was 19 at the time. she wanted me to wait till absolutely necessary because i was so young. i went in a couple of weeks ago and told me its from lead poisoning?! its genetic my mom & sister have it. he told me to get surgery and i obviously declined it. as a 20yr old, i should not have to pay 4k for each eye. i dont live with my parents, matter fact i moved. the problem was he didnt even write me prescription because he ASSUMED ill get the surgery. im definitely not going here again. ill be finding some one else.

Dr. Smith did cataract surgery on both eyes and I am 100% pleased. He has also been treating my cornea disease for which I am very thankful. I am so Thankful that I was referred to Dr. Smith.

I had lens replacement surgery and Dr Smith and his whole team were great throughout. I highly recommend them.

I had LASIK with Dr. Alan Smith here in June 2020. One of my eyes was slightly over corrected and the other was severely over corrected, resulting in the need for corrective surgery. While waiting the 4-6 month healing time he prescribed me new glasses, because the surgery left me unable to drive at night and with blurred vision daily. The glasses prescription was also wrong. So I decided to seek a second opinion instead of taking him up on his offer to fix my eyes for free, I didn't want to risk my 3rd strike with him leaving my eyes in even worse condition. My new doctor has requested my medical records to be released and they never sent them. I went in person and paid the $25 release fee only to be told by the vague, as non-helpful as possible front desk lady that they would take 7-15 business days. To make a copy of MY paperwork?! I NEVER write bad reviews, but if I could save even one person from the expense, time, and disappointment I've been dealing with the last 9 months I would absolutely say do not use this dr or this facility. Read reviews and make a better decision than I did!!

I had a visual test a month ago ( Nov 14) and was told that the result will be called to me. More than a month now with no call back from them. Calling and leaving messages is futile. But they are so Quick in filling and getting paid by my insurance. This is very unprofessional.

I never even got in. I waited six months for my appointment only to be told that they had to bump me. They could see me in two months. Not because of an emergency but because Dr. Faber got to add some surgeries on my appointment day. I'm not worthy of medical care.

They are the worst. The 2 receptionist are mean and condascending to patients. Primarily the clients are older and these ladies have no patience. The tone, they use borders on neglect in my opinion. They speaks to patients in a form that strips them of their diginity. Shame on you Dr. Smith for having these types of employees working for you.

Can u say RUDE!!! The doctor is awesome and super polite but the front ladies are super rude looking for a new doctor for my grandma I'm never taking her back there!!!
