I've been trying to get a realease form for the longest 3 weeks. My daughter needs her eye glasses struggling at school to see the board. Each time i call either the doctor is out or his receptionist just tells me she's busy. I would show in person but been told doctor is out, so no point because he still cant sign release form. What is soo hard about printing or faxing a prescription form. Never again with this doctor!! They should close this pathetic vision center since they cant attend their patients...

Worst service ever. Took my son for his eye exam told them to send the form by mail and 4 weeks later I called cuz form eas never received and the lady said prescription its not ready. "Really 4 weeks and not ready" RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

I will never go there again. They don't know what they are doing and give out the wrong prescription. The Dr. especially don't know what he is doing. Bunch of lazy people there. A family before me were in line out for almost a hour waiting to be seen when there were not busy. They left had to walk home and it was extremely hot out.

Terrible service. They kept me waiting week after week after week for my mothers glasses. When they finally came in, they were the wrong ones! Never buying here again. I sincerely recomend you find somewhere else.
