Went to get an eye exam and possibly new eyeglasses. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful. Val was extraordinary! She was patient and helped us with a myriad of questions and frame selections. She was also able to help us navigate the cost with insurance and share options. I can't wait to go in a couple of weeks to pick up my new glasses. Which, thanks exclusively to Val's excellent assistance , I did purchase after my exam. We are returning customers and shall continue to be.

Very very disappointed. After spending over $1000 buying glasses for my wife and myself wait about a week and half to get them and then they give us the glasses with no case. Wife ask them for a case and OMG they give her is a piece of felt. Come one, get some real cases

Dissatisfied with my purchase. I payed more than $200 for a pair of glasses that were not what I ASKED AND PAYED for. I told them, I want the glasses to be EXACTLY like the pair I tried on, and after receiving them, they were NOT the same and they've shared that my lenses were thicker, which the lady could've just said this to begin with when I was paying for them! It's a lot more affordable to get them online via another source, as they're overpriced! Lost a loyal costumer of 5 years!!
