Wish I came here sooner. Much better service than a big well known store also in the Strand that is all about selling what they have. I'm glad to say that Bootle Eyecare is different. Mark and the team (forgot the other people's names) were very thorough and helpful in helping me pick a frame that not only looks nice, but also fits my face well and accommodates my low nose bridge. Looking forward to picking up my new glasses in about two weeks time.

I recently used Bootle eye care for the first time, I can not recommend them enough. From my initial walk in to register, to appointments, and phone calls they were friendly, and efficient.
When it came time to pick out new glasses, the staff were extremely helpful. They made sure I was comfortable with the new frames, making suggestions and offering honest helpful opinions. Even when picking them up, they went over and beyond checking every detail to make sure I was completely happy.

I've been using this opticians for years, and now I trust them with my children's eye care. They are always friendly and helpful and they've always gone above and beyond to help my autistic son when he takes in his glasses to be fixed. During a recent visit to collect glasses, they found out that it was my youngest son's birthday and offered him a couple of sweets which made his day. Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else and I can't recommend them enough! Will continue to use them for many years to come.

Fitted my daughter in at short notice for a consultation. Matt the optician was fantastic, did a very thorough eye check. He advised her eyesight was fine but had weak muscles behind her eyes which was causing the double vision. Has written to Gp to ask for referral to hospital to rule out any underlying conditions. Came back to today to collect her glasses, very happy!
