I had a fantastic experience at my local opticians. The whole team was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. A special mention goes to Caroline, who was incredibly helpful when I was choosing my new glasses. She took the time to explain my options, offered advice, and made the whole process feel easy. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for great service and expertise.

I had my sight tested at the Holywood Branch of Opticare last week and I was extremely impressed. From the ease of booking an appointment to the service provided, everything was first rate. I was impressed at how much time Ali the Optometrist gave to thoroughly checking not just my vision but the health of my eyes. She was also able to offer advice on the best type of contact lens for me (my current brand is about to be discontinued) and sent me away with some samples to try. Despite being small in comparison to some of the big chains of opticians, Opticare offers an impressive range of frames too. Ali was very happy to help me look at frames and was particularly helpful in suggesting those that would be best for my prescription. She even suggested I might suit the frames I liked in a different colour, and was happy to order them in for me to try before committing. I will be back soon to try them out!

this was the best sight test I ever had. From the start Ali put me at ease, explained everything , and reassured me about some changes in my eyesight . Personable, professional , and detailed . Highly recommend! And then Caroline guided me through different frames- so many nice ones to choose from- and made that process easy . Have ended up with frames slightly different to what I normally go for and I am delighted with them .

Such lovely staff! I always go in here to get my glasses fixed into place, the staff are all so kind. Also the range of glasses are lovely, best opticians in NI.

Ally was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I had an emergency appointment for an eye ailment and was in and out within 15 mins with a full treatment plan. Fantastic service!

The most helpful team of specialist in hearing and Eyecare. Always pleasant efficient service and interested in the client. My mum and dad have used all their services and Nicky has especially been a simply lovely person to work with . Thanks to the whole team including the very patient Adrienne!!

The staff at Opticare are professional and efficient. I always feel welcome there and well attended. Very nice team. I love my new glasses too. Very happy.
