Excellent experience at Yorkshire Eye Clinic. The staff were amazing--very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no pressure at any stage. I felt well looked after from start to finish and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering eye treatment.

The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. The ambience of the space was calm and welcoming and quite pleasant. The eye test took barely any time and the consultation process was educational and relaxed. I've not had an eye test in such a long time because it always feels so clinical and overwhelming but this was not that at all. I definitely would recommend them and I'll be using them going forward.

I was walking through Leeds and politely offered a free eye test. I accepted as it was already on my mind to do. I was taken in to make an appointment as I was heading off to meet a friend for breakfast. I returned at noon and was seen to straight away even though I was early. He took some details and was very friendly and chatty. Then took me to have the eye test and OCT test - FREE! The optometrist then saw me and was so patient with all my questions and gave me plenty of his time to fully explain every aspect after more tests to see what prescription would be best for my eyesight. He explained the benefits of varifocal and much more. Then his colleague took me to look at glasses and he was helpful and finding what suited and fitted me well plus explained the different hinge types and what was best. We sat and looked through price options on varifocal lenses etc. There was no hard sell. And plenty of time taken to explain everything. I was given a quote for a suitable pair of varifocal. One more person took me off do a perifiral test which was quite intense and then I was done. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and no pushy sales. I have come away fully satisfied and able to take my time to compare and decide. Thank you!

The eye test was thorough, and everything was explained clearly so I understood exactly what was happening and why. I received very good service. I was able to get my eye test done on the same day, with no waiting list at all. I also received my glasses very quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided.
