I had a surprisingly excellent experience. This office is under new management and staff. I was a patient back when Dr Christie was still around and MyEyeDr first came on the scene. It wasn't a smooth transition so I moved on to the Perry office. Then Dr Thompson left the Perry office. So I am back. I was really nervous about the virtual optometrist but to my surprise, it was awesome. I think I like it better than the in person optometrist. Reason is, everything is explained to you step by step rather than just someone doing and exam and saying "all done". I was able to ask questions and I was assured that if I am not satisfied with my glasses or prescription I can get a free recheck. I was also given my eye prescription numbers. I talk with the manager and she was top notch and very professional and friendly. I will try to update after my glasses arrive on how accurate the virtual optometrist was in reference to my prescription.
